Baby V's Right and Left Foot

The 'baby V' — pulling the ball back and pushing it out at an angle with the same foot — builds the tight, V-shaped touch that escapes pressure and opens a new passing or dribbling angle.

How to do it

With the sole of one foot pull the ball back, then push it forward and out to the side with the inside of the same foot, tracing a small 'V'. Alternate feet. Practice once, then count your V's over 30 seconds at pace.
