Grind SZN

Privacy Policy

Last updated August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how GRIND SZN ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our training application. GRIND SZN is designed for young athletes whose accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. We take that responsibility seriously.

Who Controls an Account

Athletes do not register themselves, at any age. A parent or legal guardian creates the account, accepts this policy on the athlete's behalf, and can review or delete the athlete's data at any time. Celebratory and summary emails about a minor athlete are sent to the guardian, not to the athlete.

Information We Collect

  • Account details — name, email address, and role (athlete or guardian) needed to sign in and link family accounts.
  • Training activity — sessions, drills, personal bests, streaks, goals, and badges you record while using the app.
  • Communication preferences — which optional emails a guardian chooses to receive.
  • Technical data — basic device and log information used to keep the service reliable and secure.

How We Use Information

  • To provide guided training, track progress, and award achievements.
  • To send transactional and (optional) summary emails to guardians.
  • To secure accounts and prevent abuse of the service.
  • To improve features based on how the app is used.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell personal information. We do not show third-party advertising to athletes, and we do not use a minor's data to build advertising profiles. We collect only what the app needs to function.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app (for example, email delivery and cloud hosting), and only as needed to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep account and training data for as long as the account is active. A guardian may request access to, correction of, or deletion of an athlete's data at any time by contacting us. We delete data within a reasonable period after an account is closed.

Your Choices

Guardians can update notification preferences in Settings and can close an account at any time. To exercise any privacy right, contact us using the details below.
