These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GRIND SZN ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility & Guardian Accounts

Every athlete account is created and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. Athletes do not sign themselves up, at any age. The guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of the athlete and is responsible for the athlete's use of the app.

Your Account

  • Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful or abusive purpose.
  • Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its security.
  • Submit false training data to manipulate streaks, badges, or rankings.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

GRIND SZN provides guided training content for general fitness and motivation. It is not medical advice. Training carries inherent physical risk. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise program, and stop if you experience pain or discomfort. You use the app at your own risk.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the training data you record. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that data so the app can function for you.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the app. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
